GEORGE IRVIN: REAL ESTATE BROKER EXCEPTIONALE

I recently had the pleasure and privilege of having George Irvin of... assist me in buying a house. His knowledge of neighborhoods and investment properties alone would deserve commendation, but Mr. Irvin makes every facet of the purchase part of his job: location of financing at the best existing rate, recommendation of a homeowner's insurance policy and possible agents, and much, much more.

The above are all commendable (and perhaps even rare!), but they are not what makes George Irvin exceptional. In attempting to find a house, we had considerable difficulty in locating one which appealed to me and which Mr. Irvin considered a wise investment. In spite of the fact that it looked like I would have to schedule a second house hunting trip (or perhaps lose confidence and go to another realtor), Mr. Irvin would not lower his standards or his recommendations for the sake of a sale. It is this professional integrity which makes George Irvin exceptional.

The story also has a happy ending: we found a house (I was the first showing) which met our joint high standards, and I bought it.

In brief, I highly recommend George Irvin as a real estate broker to any Dow personnel transferring to the Western Division.
